The Forum

A day and a half of business solutions and operational insights covered through best practice sharing in a non-competitive, open and enjoyable atmosphere.This informative forum will cover important topics and include plenty of time for getting to know other YSPs. Click here for the agenda.

Participation Fee

Participation fee is only $150 per person (plus travel expenses) – but the take-home is invaluable! The fee includes breakfast, lunch and a group dinner on the 19th – and breakfast and lunch on the 20th as well as plenty of refreshments throughout.

The Schedule and Hotel

The schedule is set to allow all attendees to fly out on the 20th requiring only 2 days from the office. And so worth it!

A group rate of $119.00 has been negotiated at the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites. When making your reservations, please tell the reservationist that you are part of the YSP Executive Forum to ensure you are booked at the proper rate. Reservations must be made by July 22, 2009. Mention YSP when you book your hotel reservation for the discounted room rate.

Wednesday night you will be treated to a fun and delicious group dinner at Ballydoyle Irish Pub & Restaurant. We're also including a tour of Alarm Detection Systems - our gracious hosts for this event. Transportation will be provided.

Airport and Transportation

There are two airports in the Chicago area: Midway and O’Hare. Midway is a smaller airport and is 44.53 miles from the Hampton Inn in Aurora. The estimated travel time from Midway is one hour. As a much larger airport, O’Hare may offer more flights in and out of the area. O’Hare is 36.96 miles from the Hampton Inn in Aurora with a travel time of 44 minutes. Which airport you choose to use will depend on your personal preferences.

M & M Chauffeur will provide a one-way airport transfer for $60 from O’Hare and $65 from Midway. Their toll free number is 866-724-9854. Ask for Mike. Taxis are about $100 for a one-way airport transfer.
