NBFAA Emerging Technology Forum
New Event to Feature CEO of Xanboo and President of Cenuco
Irving, Texas, Feb. 12, 2007 – ISC West Expo attendees are invited to attend the inaugural NBFAA Emerging Technology Forum on March 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:55 a.m., room 501 in the Venetian Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. The National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) is hosting this new event which will follow a general member session and breakfast.
The purpose of the NBFAA Emerging Technology Forum is to provide a venue for chief executive officers and other senior leaders to present their company’s emerging technology, to introduce the security professional to new applications, markets, strategies and consumer trends and to provide technology insight with which they can grow their businesses. This year’s presenters are: Mr. Jordan Serlin, president of Cenuco and Mr. Bob Diamond, CEO of Xanboo.
“The sophistication of the electronic life safety, security and systems integration business is increasing constantly, as are the needs for security professionals. As the leading trade association in this arena, NBFAA is committed to helping our members sustain and grow their businesses. One of the ways we can provide that assistance is through programs that educate and inform. We’re hosting this annual forum to provide another avenue for our members, and prospective members, to learn more about the emerging technologies that will impact their businesses,” said NBFAA President George Gunning.
Each speaker will provide an overview of their company’s emerging technology, including the growth strategy, the market segmentation, the product or service applications and the distribution process. They will identify the trends that enable their products to be introduced successfully into the marketplace and provide a profile of their primary end user customers. They will also share their vision of industry trends for the next three to seven years including potential product offerings as well as challenges and opportunities.
