How to Apply

To apply for the First Line of Defense award download a copy of the 2009 Application Form and submit to NBFAA at:

Applications must be completed and postmarked April 10, 2009!

First Line of Defense Award Contest Rules

  1. Applicants must be current NBFAA members in good standing, or apply for membership at the time of the award submission to qualify for the award.
  2. Incident must have occurred between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008.
  3. All entries must be postmarked by March 14, 2009.
  4. The 2008 Application form and required supporting material must be completed and submitted by the deadline in order to be eligible.
  5. All award finalists will be required to submit necessary waivers and the attendance form in order to be eligible for final consideration.
  6. Application forms may be submitted concurrently with the required waivers and attendance form.
