Kentucky PERS law in effect as of July 15, 2008

Dear Members:

The state of Kentucky has asked us to contact you regarding a new Kentucky law enacted July 15, 2008 that affects personal emergency response systems.

Those of you doing business in Kentucky will want to take a moment to review this important information as it requires Kentucky companies to notify their customers who have contracts written before January 1, 2009.
