On Thursday, June 25, the YSP Educational Forum will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center. The two-hour forum will feature subject matter experts on business planning and succession and new revenue streams through new technologies. The sessions will be a combination of presentations and Q&A sessions.

In this fast-paced session, attendees will see how the leaders of great companies build their long-term success on three key elements: engaged people, a solid leadership team, and financial savvy. We'll look at 20 occupational traits and 18 leadership skill groups that determine if people are properly "matched" to their work tasks. Several assessment tools will show how to take the guesswork out of hiring and developing the right people for your company. The session will also explore the role of financial literacy in modern companies.
