Industry Ice Breaker Luncheon

Save yourself some time and footsteps for lunch on Tuesday and attend the ESX Industry Icebreaker Luncheon. In addition to a delicious lunch, you'll be inspired by the First Line of Defense award presentation.
The First Line of Defense Award is presented annually by NBFAA to the company that goes above and beyond the call of duty to save lives and property. During the awards presentation, you’ll hear the story of the company’s life or property saving efforts and learn more about the professionals involved.
Young Security Professionals Launch Party (by invite only)
5:00 – 6:30 p.m. | Hilton Baltimore Hotel
For those between the ages of 25 and 45, inclusive, this reception will allow you to mix and mingle with your peers. The event is free but you must register to attend.

The Morris F. Weinstock Person of the Year and Sara E. Jackson Memorial Awards are considered the most prestigious honors in the electronic security and life safety industry. Join us as we recognize this year’s recipients and spend time enjoying each other’s company at a reception in one of the gorgeous ballrooms in the new Baltimore Hilton Hotel. Spouse Outing
9:00 a.m. | U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD.
Baltimore is a great place to bring your significant other. While you're at the conference and expo, your significant other can enjoy a day trip to historic Annapolis, Maryland. This guided tour will depart from the Baltimore Convention Center and include a stop at the US Naval Academy. Founded in 1845, the United States Naval Academy is home to 4,000 of our country’s future naval leaders. Guests will experience the sense of military tradition and heritage evident on campus. Free time for shopping and sightseeing will be available after lunch.

We want to meet our newest members and thank them for supporting their industry association. We cordially invite our new members to join us at the booth for some refreshments before moving on to the Big Bash. We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
ESX Big Bash
5:00 – 7:00 p.m. | Baltimore Convention Center Grand Ballroom
The ESX Big Bash is the best electronic security industry party of the year! Initial festivities include mixing and mingling over beverages and hors d’oeuvres, followed by welcoming remarks from NBFAA and CSAA leadership and a brief presentation on important new programs from the association. The final act is an awesome, nightclub-style concert featuring up and coming music star Jonathan McEuen and his band.

The ESX Crawl is a fun way to continue networking and partying with industry friends, some of the locals and other Baltimore tourists as you start the crawl at J. Paul’s, followed by the local bar Tír na nÓg and ending the night at The Wharf Rat.

Young Security Professionals Educational Forum

This informative forum is for security professionals ages 25 – 45, inclusive. Focusing on business succession and new revenue streams and technologies, this forum will give up-and-coming security industry leaders techniques for success as they assume leadership of their companies and teach new ways to build their businesses. This forum is free but registration is required.
