NBFAA willingly provides consumers with geographical listings of member electronic life safety, security, and systems professionals upon request. While NBFAA members agree to abide by the association's bylaws and code of ethics, NBFAA does not assume responsibility for the standards or practices of an independent member company. NBFAA recognizes the Installation Quality (IQ) Certification Program, which offers certification to companies for their efforts at improving the overall quality of their work while combating false alarms.
